To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Global Field Operations organization across Europe. You will be an integral part of the EMEA Field Operations team providing expertise in people and organizations to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions, and lead programs that have a direct impact to the success of the organization.
You are an experienced HR partner that thrives in navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly to a changing environment, and you are able to balance critical, long-term thinking about how we scale the business with day to day needs.
Partnering closely with the Sr. Director HRBP, Global Field Operations, the extended HR team, and the business, to solve business challenges through people solutions, collaborate across boundaries and geographies and think differently about how we approach work and teams. You will lead and influence all HR-related activities, including employee relations, compensation management, organizational planning, and employee engagement.
