To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to support our Global Field Operations organization across Europe.  You will be an integral part of the EMEA Field Operations team providing expertise in people and organizations to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions, and lead programs that have a direct impact to the success of the organization.

 

You are an experienced HR partner that thrives in navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly to a changing environment, and you are able to balance critical, long-term thinking about how we scale the business with day to day needs.

 

Partnering closely with the Sr. Director HRBP, Global Field Operations, the extended HR team, and the business, to solve business challenges through people solutions, collaborate across boundaries and geographies and think differently about how we approach work and teams.  You will lead and influence all HR-related activities, including employee relations, compensation management, organizational planning, and employee engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the leadership team to build programs that scale the organization, grow high performing teams, and develop best in class leaders
  • Play a key role in the roll out of new initiatives and projects including compensation strategy, performance management, talent management, and career development
  • Partner with leaders on performance management and compensation processes
  • Contribute to building employee engagement strategies and recognition programs
  • Provide management coaching and training where needed to front line managers and senior leaders
  • Use analytical capabilities to influence business partners with data-driven recommendations
  • Lead people practices that foster innovation and collaboration

 

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA a plus
  • 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management, especially in performance management, employee relations, and coaching
  • Experience working in a global organization, preferably supporting a Sales organization
  • Strategic, critical thinker who isn’t afraid to get into the weeds; real passion for problem solving
  • Ability to build effective work relationships at all levels of the organization, influence behavior, and manage change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • High degree of integrity and honesty; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations
  • Effective listener and communicator able to influence actions and outcomes
  • A sense of humor and ability to roll with the punches definitely a plus
