Partner Marketing Manager

About the role:
Filebase is seeing a creative and driven Partner Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, to help our growing ecosystem and enable customers to scale using Filebase. You’ll create and oversee Filebase’s partner acquisition program helping to expand the program for mass scale. You’ll be responsible for growing and building relationships within our ecosystem and technology partners.

We are looking for team members who have the grit to dig deeper, understand problems, and deliver innovative solutions, in a distributed and highly competitive market.

We want someone who can:

  • Define and manage our end-to-end partner marketing plan.

  • Create stories, messages and content to ignite the passion of customers, prospects, employees and partners.

  • Coordinate with partners on go-to-market planning, executing launches and delivering ongoing support for our ever-expanding list of technology integrations

  • Develop quarterly and annual partner marketing plans focused on actionable and measurable initiatives that align to our overall partner strategy and targets

  • Be the heart and soul of our partners internally - Consistently engage with them “as” Filebase, learn to understand their goals, motivations and what’s required for future success and growth using Filebase.

  • Work with product, marketing, and design teams to develop partner-focused content and collateral, reflecting consistency in Filebase brand and messaging across networks and partner technologies.

  • Work with management to build a partner analytics dashboard, to draw insights and recommendations for future activities.

What we're looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in channel marketing or partner marketing experience with a B2B/SaaS/Storage industry

  • Demonstrated experience leading and executing integrated marketing plans, synthesizing technical product features and client needs into compelling and engaging stories

  • Broad marketing experience, with exposure to a mix of channels (lead gen, events, social, email, etc)

  • Thoughtful communication & collaboration skills, able to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences

  • Creative, analytical and very much in the details

  • Self-starter mentality, capable of managing multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy, balanced with a desire to work successfully and collaboratively across multiple teams
