We're looking for an experienced, customer-obsessed product marketing manager to join our rapidly growing PMM team. We’re in the midst of hyper-growth and already serving the automation needs of a global community of 6.5 million professionals, but we’ve only scratched the surface of our nascent product category.
As a Zapier PMM, you’ll be an architect of growth helping the business build a path to greater and greater fulfillment of our mission to democratize the power of automation. Product Marketing at Zapier means clarifying where in the market we have the right to win and driving the GTM strategy for our products, our key vehicles of growth.

You’re experienced. You have 4-5 years of experience, most recently in SaaS product marketing with additional experience in integrated marketing or relevant strategic and analytical roles. You’ve had clear success developing and owning the GTM strategy to launch and scale compelling products.
You thrive at working cross-functionally. You have a natural talent for ingesting diverse stakeholder needs and loads of information in order to craft the best path for achieving success in the projects you lead. Driving high visibility, cross-functional projects end-to-end from planning to execution is your norm, not your exception.
You’re customer-obsessed. You know your current and future customers better than anyone. You understand that big strategic clients have specific needs and expectations, and you’re adept at tailoring your product marketing to the largest individual customers who account for the greatest share of your business’s success. You could regularly conduct research to understand how Zapier can uniquely meet partner needs and expertly translate those insights into actionable recommendations for product and marketing teams alike.
You’re a GTM pro. You create product value propositions and messaging that resonate with your target audience. You’re skilled at drafting product launch plans and working cross-functionally to bring products to market with measurable impact to customer awareness and adoption.
You’re an outstanding communicator. Your voice is clear and persuasive regardless of the audience, channel, or format. You’re equally comfortable drafting written executive briefings, developing pitch decks, crafting external product messaging for our customers, and everything in between.

Location: Remote. UTC -8 through UTC -4
Our team of 350+ is distributed because it lets us work with the best people. You don't have to be located in the USA either. Some team members live in the United Kingdom, Thailand, India, Nigeria, Taiwan, Guatemala, New Zealand, Australia, and more! You just need the skills and drive to succeed in this role and the ability to work from anywhere.
*While we take care of our international folks as best we can, currently, healthcare and retirement plans are only available to US, Canadian-, and UK-based employees.
