Uscreen Customer Success & Support

Uscreen is a video monetization platform.  We help thousands of creators, entrepreneurs, fitness experts, coaches, entertainment companies and various other experts to launch their own video on demand streaming service and make money selling videos online.  Think of it as building your own "Netflix".  

We are seeking a customer support person to help onboard our customers & help them succeed.  This is a technical role but requires someone who is good with speaking with customers constantly & offering them with setup support & assistance.  You will spend time in the ticket queue and helping new customers get set up.


We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who wants to work with an awesome team, to grow and learn in our company and help our customers succeed. As a customer success member, you will be one of the first faces customers will speak too in order to help them set up their account, upload their videos and ask the various setup questions customers will ask when first signing up for a platform such as Uscreen.  Help guides are created by other team members, so your main role is to make sure they have all the right tools to succeed and can reach you at any time in order to help them set up their account and answer any questions they may have.

We are seeking someone who is willing to work with us long term and is reliable, and loves spending time with customers and making sure they succeed.

In this role, you will wear many hats, including:

  • Contacting new customers to help them get setup. (by email & phone)
  • Helping the tech support reps in the ticket queue.
  • Giving in-depth analysis of customers websites and content to offer them tips & tricks to succeed.
  • Attending & hosting a webinar yourself a few times per month.
  • Providing success material for customers to succeed.
