We are a bootstrapped company, we grew exponentially in the last few years and now seating at 60 people working with us.We are built to be remote from day 1, but if you want to say ‘Hello’, our office is 78 meters from the beach in Sydney. Make sure you bring your swimwear!

The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You will work on multiple client projects in support of our clients' strategic accounts expansion.

You will need a mix of creativity and strong analytical skills to identify sales opportunities for our company. You will support to develop and execute strategies and help turn those ideas in order to grow and gain more market visibility.

You will be required to develop and service relationships with key clients worldwide to provide strategic and creative sales opportunities across our platform

Responsibilities

  • Managing several high-profile accounts
  • Assist in creating the digital strategy for the clients
  • Manage and monitor commercials of accounts, including workload for all delivery team and financials
  • Ensure client expectations are clearly defined and properly managed
  • Constantly liaise with the Delivery team
  • Recommend, design and implement digital projects
  • Oversee project management support during projects lifecycle to ensure on-time completion of deliverables
  • Review work before client delivery to ensure it meets the brief and the expectations

Requirements

Ideal candidate

  • 3+ years of experience with professional client relationship management
  • Digital Marketing and/ or Digital Analytics experience
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology
  • Impeccable communication and people skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Can work under pressure with strict deadlines
