You’ve done this before. We’re looking for 10+ years of experience with hands-on course development, building out programs from scratch, and growing a team of effective educators.

You’re an excellent written communicator. We’re a 100% remote team, and writing is our primary means of communication at Zapier. 

You’re tech savvy. We use an assortment of apps and Zaps to run operations in our distributed environment. You’re comfortable picking up new tools, exploring the latest apps for productivity, and you’re excited to deliver content in the way that your team will best learn from it.  

You thrive in a collaborative environment. You’ll work alongside leadership across teams to define the needs of the organization and gaps where L&D can make an impact. 

Things You’ll Do

  • Work alongside our People Team to identify needs for new training and initiatives.
  • Design and deliver new learning content for individual contributors, managers, and leadership on leadership development, succession planning, career management, interpersonal skills, communication, and more.
  • Build new programs to support our OKRs., as well as iterate on our Growth Framework and other initiatives around employee growth.
  • Define metrics for success and then hold yourself and your team accountable to them.
  • As a part of our All Hands Support initiative, help customers have the best possible experience with Zapier

The Whole Package

Location: Remote

Our distributed environment lets us work with the best people. You don't have to be located in the USA either. Some team members live in the United Kingdom, Thailand, India, Nigeria, Taiwan, Guatemala, New Zealand, Australia, and more! You just need the skills and drive to succeed in this role and the ability to work from anywhere.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary (we don't use remote as an excuse to pay less)

  • Unlimited vacation policy. Plus we require you to take at least 2 weeks off each year. We see most employees take 4-5 weeks off per year. This isn't a vague policy where unlimited vacation means no vacation.

*While we take care of our international folks as best we can, currently, healthcare and retirement plans are only available to US-based employees.
