51Blocks is here to help businesses grow to their full potential. We work directly with entrepreneurs and owners across many different industries in the United States. We also specialize in working with other digital agencies in the form of white label marketing partnerships to help with strategy and fulfillment. We’re proud to be celebrating 10 years in 2019!

What we need:

We’re looking for someone who can lead our sales space by nurturing leads we’re bringing in through our own marketing efforts, our White Label partners, and ideally self sourcing their own leads for 51Blocks. This position does take a lot of independance and an innovative mind to be successful since you’ll be working close with our leadership team who will be supporting you running your own space.There is no cold calling involved in this role, but we do need someone who can bring a solid track record for growing sales in a digital marketing space.


  • Proficient speaking to digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, websites, hosting, etc)
  • Experience with Trello, Propeller, & Slack a plus
  • Experience in managing a sales department
  • Ability to create funnels and track leads through the pipeline
  • Ability to hit monthly target revenue goals by 60 days post hire
  • Ability to respond to leads quickly and efficiently without overthinking the process -- we have a great team who will be helping with quotes you send
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of latest SEO, CRO best practices to help pitch services
  • Accepts ownership of the sales space and looks for new opportunities to improve overall process.

Our Remote Environment:

We’re a small digital marketing team with a lot of clients, so our goal is to be as efficient as possible. We all work online during standard business hours and maintain a high level of independence, organization, and communication with each other. If you’ve worked remote in a role like this before, that’s a plus! A big part of our culture is being part of a team, not acting as a freelancer-- so be prepared to meet some pretty cool people that you’ll get to work with on a daily basis!

  • US Based - You must be based in the US-- Please DO NOT APPLY if you’re outside the United States.
  • We work 7:30am-4:30pm MST.
  • This will be an hourly position. Project load may vary but will begin at a part-time basis of 10-15 hours.  With proficiency and a good work ethic, this will increase as the need arises.
  • Pay - TBD
  • Moving Fast - We will be moving fast with this position so please have availability to start right away.
