You are an experienced designer who loves your work, and wants to play an instrumental role in creating beautiful customer experiences that help accelerate the adoption rate of solar power.
You are looking to fill 10-20 hours per work of design work on a long-term basis.
In order to be successful in this position you must be an excellent designer/user interface or interaction expert, as well as a problem solver, who is efficient, proactive, and an excellent communicator.

Your job will be to help us build the best customer experience we can for homeowners who want to buy solar, as well as working to improve the look, feel, and functionality of our core tech (the lead distribution and processing application we’ve built from scratch over the last 8 years).
Weekly tasks on an ongoing basis could be anything from developing an initial design brief for the company, improving the look and feel of our user funnel, designing new landing pages, or improving the look and feel of our customer service application.
You will work directly with our current Lead Developer, operations and marketing teams and the rest of our team as needed.
