As our Administrative Assistant in Milwaukee, you will report to the CEO in conjunction with all other US-based team members. You will support the growth of our business by performing simple and critical office functions and reducing coworkers’ workloads reliably, diligently, and with attention to detail. You will proactively find ways to support the team and fill gaps where necessary and must have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others. You will also communicate with Agricycles customers, stakeholders and future employees in friendly and professional ways. You will regularly multitask multiple responsibilities and be incredibly organized in order to help the rest of the team stay organized.
Write correspondence on behalf of other team members to customers and stakeholders.
Maintain files on Google Drive and DocSend and update company records and contacts.
Conduct basic customer invoicing (AR), bill pay (AP), payroll processing and PTO.
Edit and distribute meeting minutes from recording software (Notiv) and update OKRS in ClickUp.
Compile data from multiple company verticals and prepare regularly scheduled reports and figures.
Plan team events, coordinate onboarding new employees and build lessons in Trainual.
Answer, direct and take care of phone inquiries and provide support to visitors at our office.
Sort and distribute mail and occasionally travel off-site (<1 mile) to ship documents or packages.
Schedule outside vendors and travel arrangements including services and flights.
Manage software provisioning and billing and stock office supplies and collateral.
Accomplish all other reasonable responsibilities provided by supervising team members.

Minimum of 2 years of previous employment (not necessarily continuous) in office settings or education at a University.
High school diploma or GED; further education including non-degree certificates, an Associate’s degree or progress toward a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Excellent relationship building and English communication skills (written, oral and digital).
Demonstrated compassion and empathy, strong work ethic and unimpeachable integrity.
Readiness and ability to regularly perform under pressure and within short timeframes.
Desire to be proactive and support other team members by reducing their workload.
Excellent working knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with cloud-based software.
Compensation: Targeted $13/hr and 15-20 hours per week as a part-time employee based in Milwaukee.
Time Off: 9 prorated Paid Holidays + flexible scheduling to match lifestyles (parenting, student, other employment).
Work Environment: Semi-remote working in Milwaukee downtown office with global travel and startup culture.
