The Marketing organization at Twilio is looking for a vibrant, self-starter to fill the role of Procurement Program Manager. This position is perfect for a results-oriented professional who is passionate about promoting the procurement function within the organization. This individual will support the development and implementation of time saving measures that will intersect across Marketing, along with key partners within Twilio. 


The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a corporate environment where high quality results are required. They are considered the “glue” in the overall process as projects are prioritized and executed.

Knowledge & Skills: 

  • 3-4 plus years of program management, financial focus.
  • Experience in quarterly planning and forecasting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written).
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams.
  • Clear understanding of key financial tools (e.g. Coupa, Anaplan, etc.)
  • Ability to use common Marketing applications (e.g. Jira, Airtable, Google Workplace, etc.).

Marketing departments depend on individuals that have an operational mindset and come to rely on their Program Manager to ensure all parties are aligned with the prioritized work.  

Expected duties:

  • DON'T SETTLE: Partner with the PMO, Finance and Marketing leadership to develop quarterly budgets. 
  • NO SHENANIGANS: Oversee day-to-day operations utilizing Twilio financial tools.  
  • BE AN OWNER: Assess current workflows and update as needed. 
  • RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Provide guidance for purchase order management and accruals. 
  • WRITE IT DOWN: Effectively develop and communicate program status updates to Marketing leadership.
  • EMPOWER OTHERS: Support established relationship between corporate Procurement & Financial teams.
  • BE BOLD: Key member of the PMO to communicate new and/or updated processes.
  • DRAW THE OWL: Develop training programs for the Marketing organization, to highlight best practices.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents Twilio's reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this role if hired in Colorado. Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Colorado only, and this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado as well. 


Denver/Boulder Metro:

Salary Range: $82,496 - $113,432

Rest of Colorado:

Salary Range: $72,184 - $99,253

Sales Commission: Additionally, this role is eligible to earn commissions and eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.

Non Sales: Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Twilio's equity plan.
