Pindrop Voice User Interface Designer

Pindrop solves tough problems and invents new ways to secure the voice channel using data and audio science in the cloud. We are looking for a Voice Interface Designer to help our customers build delightful voice interfaces using Pindrop's Authentication product. what you'll do

  • Analyze call flows and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience using Pindrop’s Authentication capabilities
  • Create call flow diagrams and voice user interface specs for speech and DTMF IVR applications
  • Conduct usability testing of call flows and leverage iterative principles to constantly improve your designs
  • Work with the Authentication Product and Engineering teams to maximize Pindrop’s impact within the call center
  • Support Sales and Customer Success in the creation of call flow documentation and materials to showcase Pindrop’s Authentication capabilities and demonstrate value to our customers

who you are

  • 5+ years voice interface design or relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of IVR platforms and call flow design
  • Experience creating VoiceXML 2 or 2.1, including SRGS and SSML
  • Experience with emerging voice platforms such as Amazon Echo ideal
  • Agile methodologies knowledge helpful
  • Prior experience in a start-up environment strongly desired
  • Proven track record of successful and timely product delivery and of driving technical innovation
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills, both inward and outward
  • BS in CS, EE, Linguistics or relevant discipline
