We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual, in New York or Los Angeles, to lead our Partner Marketing team. Agency partners are an integral growth driver for ReCharge and we are looking for someone that wants to continue to build on that success. What You'll Do

  • Live by and champion our values: #day-one, #ownership, #empathy, #humility.
  • Develop, articulate and drive forward a clear marketing strategy aimed towards engaging with key partners, building awareness of ReCharge via partner channels, and increasing the quantity and quality of leads referred by partners.
  • Manage a team of 2+ partner marketing leads.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key individuals at tier 1 partners.
  • Develop and execute on co-marketing programs with tier 1 partners.
  • Work closely with the broader marketing team to identify opportunities for partner engagement and cross-marketing.
  • Establish and track goals for the partner marketing team and ensure alignment across sales and marketing.
  • Run partner marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, webinars, virtual events, trade shows, and gifting.
  • Align with the marketing team to establish cohesive messaging across channels and tactics.

What You'll Bring

  • Typically, 5-7 years of experience working in a partner marketing role, ideally in the ecommerce or payments industries
  • Experience in B2B marketing and associated channels, including marketing automation, campaign management, product and/or content marketing
  • Marketing experience in the B2B SaaS sector
  • Strong business writing skills that you can demonstrate through examples
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A self-starter mindset that enables you to work well independently with minimal direction
  • Experience testing, iterating, and evolving your approach to achieve better partner engagement, better merchant engagement, and greater ROI on each initiative
  • Experience collaborating and executing on events from conferences to dinners
  • Ability to  work effectively in a remote and fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • Based in New York or Southern California is strongly preferred
