Our team is in search of a People Operations Analyst who is passionate about supporting a world class people function in a distributed global workforce.

About the Team:

Even prior to the pandemic, InVision was a globally distributed company working out of home offices around the world.  As a People Operations Analyst you will own many key areas for our team, a few of which are recruiting operations, onboarding operations & managing our international employment operations. You will also have the flexibility in your role to work on many career building projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure new hires have a flawless onboarding experience by managing all operational aspects of onboarding from recruiter handoff to first day
  • Be the operations expert for InVision’s Talent Attraction team including ATS (Greenhouse) maintenance, process documentation & executive recruitment scheduling
  • Be the go to resource for international employment operations
  • Become an expert in the People team’s technology stack and be the go-to resource for questions
  • Moderate employee support for day to day questions for a global population (e.g. employee inquiry management, leave of absence management, employee verifications, benefits, etc)
  • Work with the team on international employment compliance
  • Provide support for InVision’s people programs and projects

What you’ll bring: 

  • Strong global HR operations experience 
  • Experience with Canada, UK, Netherlands, Israel, Ireland and/or Australia employment practices a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Greenhouse, Sapling, and/or Paylocity experience a plus
  • Be a true operations expert, willing to pitch in wherever help is needed on the People team
  • A collaborative and flexible style, with a passion for thinking creatively and continuous improvement 
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Self-starter, problem solver and highly organized
  • Passion for supporting InVisioners around the globe
  • 3+ years HR (or similar) experience required
