Twilio is seeking a talented, resourceful, and high-integrity Senior Analyst to pioneer our Field Operations sub-team on Sales Strategy & Analytics (SSA). SSA provides strategic and analytical support to Twilio’s Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Leaders, and COO. This role will provide critical operational support across the global sales organization.
You have a demonstrated track record of excellence in sales operations, cross-functional teamwork, business judgment, and communicating and coordinating across all levels of the organization. The Field Operations role will assist SSA Business Partners in executing critical change management activities in support of Sales Account Executives (AEs). This role requires a high amount of interaction directly with the sales team in understanding requests such as territory or AE role changes to ensure proper execution of associated process, data, and systems updates, as well as a high degree of judgment to make recommendations to AEs and sales leaders on the implementation of Sales “Rules of Engagement”, especially in relation to exception handling and disputes on account and opportunity ownership.
The Sales Strategy & Analytics team is central to Twilio's continued growth. We work closely with senior Go-To-Market leadership to illuminate the business and guide company strategy.
