Seeking ambitious and creative growth person for fast-growing YC startup from $1M to $10M annual sales.

We currently have both a functional and fast-growing affiliate program and a referral program underway, as well as content and events. Our current customers are digital nomads, but for the next product our customers will also be distributed startups.

We're a strong team of 9. We work distributed, synchronously, often working collaboratively. We're headquartered in San Francisco. We have quarterly gatherings, and you will receive both salary and equity compensation.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for everything related to growth. Both optimizing current strategies, as well as coming up with and implementing new ones. You will work closely with the founders, and manage an existing team.

We are looking for a founder-type who shares our long-term mission, and has the ability to take ownership of this whole area.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:- wants to help build a global social safety net on the Internet- has done growth for a startup with success before (ideally through viral methods such as influencer, affiliate or referral)- has good technical skills- has the ability to analyze and intelligently interpret data- is good at writing

You have a courageous and ambitious founder personality, with ability to get things done, which means you:- think for yourself instead of copying others- are willing to try new things with the risk of failure- are creative and bold in the face of any problem- are honest and have high integrity
