We are looking for an energetic Tax Manager to join our Finance team and focus on international taxes. This role will be part of a 4-person tax team and play a critical part of building the tax process of an increasingly globally complex organization.

You thrive in the details, adapt quickly to a changing environment, take a global view, and are data-driven. This is a hands-on role which involves gathering relevant information, managing workflows to ensure timely completion of projects, and ensuring accurate reporting of information. You are both strategic and hands-on and would report into our Sr. Tax Director.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Own all aspects of international tax provision, including working with external auditor
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and reporting as a newly public company
  • Oversee external consultants in the timely and accurate preparation of tax return and transfer pricing compliance.
  • Assist in various tax projects such as acquisitions, restructurings, tax planning and new entity set up
  • Assist in automation of international tax calculations for both internal and external reporting
  • Assist in compliance audits and notices
  • Research on international tax technical issues -corporate tax focused but also assist in other taxes issues
  • Build collaborative relationships across the organization
What You Bring Along:

The thought of being involved in global tax matters of a fast paced, growing tech company gets you excited!

  • BA/BS Degree in Accountancy (mandatory)
  • CPA and/or MS in Tax strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive, relevant experience across both industry and large accounting firm (mandatory)
  • Tax provision experience
  • Excellent analytical and leadership skills
  • Experience with NetSuite a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a validated ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong project management skills combined with interest and experience in process improvement, automation, and efficiency
  • A high level of initiative, teamwork, urgency, accountability, and integrity
