The Mixed Reality team in Mozilla’s Emerging Technologies division is building the future of the immersive web. Now we’re bringing our Firefox Reality browser for VR to new desktop-class VR devices and we’re looking for someone with great Unity skills to support the implementation of front-end virtual-reality user interface and interaction for the Firefox Reality Pro virtual-reality application.
In this position, you will be working with members of Mozilla’s Mixed Reality team and others inside Mozilla and with external partners to write new Unity scripts and components to connect our open-source codebase and the Gecko web engine to Unity components and components from third parties.
This is a fixed-term role. You’ll work remotely from your location in USA, Canada, or EU. You’ll report to the project Engineering Manager who is based in New Zealand.
