Pandable is a small but experienced SEO Agency with a remote team spanning across Europe and the US. We’re ambitious and fast-growing, and our clients range from exciting early stage startups to global companies in finance and tech. We have big growth plans and are looking for a proactive Outreach Executive to help deliver outstanding results for client campaigns.

The role is both exciting and challenging: you will be given autonomy and responsibility, whilst being fully supported by the Client Strategist and Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage outreach strategies for client accounts, including link building, social and PR
  • Create and maintain outreach plans, workflows and process documentation
  • Secure online coverage as part of wider SEO strategies
  • Work with client teams to ensure internal promotion is maximised for SEO
  • Build database and maintain relationships with journalists and bloggers
  • Create press releases, email copy and other content to support campaigns
  • Work with internal team to collaborate on creative content ideas
  • Work with Client Strategist and Content team to deliver off-page SEO strategies
  • Deliver campaign performance reports and analysis
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, practices and developments (digital industry, clients’ industry and agency industry)
