InVision Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition - Sales, Marketing & Customer Success

Our team is in search of a  Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the team driving recruiting for our Sales & Customer Success, Marketing and General Business Functions.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead an experienced and high-performing team of Recruiters and Coordinators who are supporting the rapid growth of our Sales & Customer Success, Marketing and General Business functions around the globe
  • Directly support multiple C-Level executives across your client group and employ design thinking to ensure we are delivering extraordinary experiences and outcomes to those customers
  • Leverage data to drive decision-making and ensure achievement of the results you own
  • Maintain a relentless focus on your own growth and development, but also that of your team and of InVisioners

What you’ll bring:

  • 10+ Years of experience in some combination of Sourcing, Recruiting and Talent Management
  • 5+ Years of direct people leadership experience of a demonstrably high-performing Recruiting team
  • Well developed and continually honed expertise in advanced sourcing techniques
  • Experience spanning at least 2 of the following scenarios: SaaS company, public technology company, and/or hyper-growth pre-IPO technology company 
  • A natural ability to embody InVision's core principles, including empathy, courageously candid communication, ownership, results orientation and humility.
