Company background

RingMD is working to make healthcare more accessible and affordable.

After a recent acquisition of our business in Asia, we are equipped with a new, world-class management team to focus on improving healthcare in the United States.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who has done similar work elsewhere (as you will be the primary person at RingMD with this specialty).

We want strong, diverse teams built from different backgrounds, experiences and identities. We are ready for the ongoing work that goes into building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best work for your career.

Today, our team works from multiple cities across 3 different continents. You can work from anywhere in the world, so long as you can design a normal working day with 4 hours or more overlap with Boston Time (EST/UTC-5).

Nomads are welcome!

About you

We’re committed generalists, eager learners, conscientious workers, and focus on what is essential. We persevere and are quick to trust. We are kind to each other and support each other so we can achieve together. We are colleagues and committed to do our best work.

We care about what you can do and how you do it, not about how you got there.

While we currently have an office in Boston, you should be comfortable working remotely – most of the company does! This means that a large chunk of our work is written, whether that be in the form of longer-form communications or short chats.

We value people who can communicate well through writing.

We strongly value people who can take a stand, yet commit even when they disagree. We subject ideas to rigorous debate, but we continue to remember that we are all here for the same mission: to do great work together to help improve access to healthcare across the globe.
