Elastic’s fast-growing SaaS business is looking for a warm and compassionate FP&A professional with experience in managing costs, generating insights, and facilitating decision-making at the highest levels of the company. You will be deeply engaged in Elastic's financial rhythms, including reporting, forecasting, and long-term planning for all SaaS-related costs. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across many teams, including Accounting, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Procurement, and Business Development.

Requirements:
  1. Analytical modeling, strong Excel and Google Sheet skills
  2. Simplifying complex information into something actionable
  3. Bachelor’s in Finance or Business
Ideal skills:
  • Analytical horsepower
  • Data modeling skills (e.g. finding correlations in data)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; situational awareness
  • Humble and Ambitious (identifies issues and enthusiastically works to seek them)
  • Can work autonomously in a distributed environment
  • Curiosity about SaaS/technology (faster ramp-up)
  • Experience using tools such as Netsuite and Adaptive
